Stewardship means respecting and sharing the earth’s resources since everyone is part of the community of creation. Simply stated, stewardship is an expression of gratitude to God. It reminds us that we are the administrators, and not the owners, of our assets. It fills a need deep within us to worship God and to thank Him for the abundant blessings He has showered upon us.
Christian stewardship can be identified by several meaningful characteristics, the most important is that it strengthens our relationship with God. It is a way of life, not a program that has a beginning and an ending, and it leads us to share a portion of our time, talent, and treasure so that the Good News of Jesus Christ may be shared with those who do not know Him.
If you are considering leaving a gift to the parish in your will, please contact the parish office for assistance, as exact wording is essential for legal reasons.
Weekly Contribution Envelopes
When you register with the parish, you will receive a supply of temporary envelopes. Approximately 6-8 weeks after registering, you will begin receiving regular envelopes, monthly, through the mail. Please notify the parish office if any changes are needed. If so, allow 6-8 weeks for the changes to take place. Children’s envelopes are distributed through CCD or can be obtained at the rectory.
We greatly appreciate both spiritual and financial gifts of any amount. If you wish to make a one-time or special occasion gift, please send your check to:
